West Covina Democrat, Assemblyman Roger Hernandez has had a second brush with the law this year after a 31-year woman obtained an emergency order against him.  The woman, whose order was appealed by a judicial commissioner, claims that Hernandez is a cocaine-sniffing fiend and struck her with a belt after slamming her against a wall during a debate last summer.

In March Hernandez was arrested for drunk driving only to be acquitted after trial.  Hernandez is quick to state, “I can tell you flat out that all of this is a complete fabrication, it’s totally bogus.”

Bogus or not, personal injury attorney Anthony Falangetti has commented that Hernandez and the woman were former love birds but have now cut off all romantic ties.  And as far as the cocaine accusations go, Falangetti is saying that Hernandez is going to submit himself to a drug test to prove that the woman’s accusations are false.

Also to keep in mind…the emergency order placed against Hernandez demands that he stays away at least a 100 yards from the woman…and another female.

To read more about this other female Hernandez needs to keep away from visit the Sacramento Bee.
