George Zimmernan, a 29-year-old male accused of murdering teenager Trayvon Martin, awaits trial while prosecutors attempt to obtain his medical and social media records.
Zimmerman, who suffers from attention deficit disorder and insomnia, claims that he show Martin in self-defense. Personal injury attorneys are trying to obtain medical records possibly indicating if he had been treated for injuries prior to the night of the murder. Attorneys are even after Martin’s social media records but Facebook representatives have objected the request. The social media records may be able to show if Martin had any violent tendencies.
Zimmerman’s trial has been scheduled for next June.
Do you think Facebook reps should give out Martin’s records? Will this prove anything? Read the full article.
